Rope Magic

Rope Magic – a Japanese site – has heaps of great kinbaku images. Recently I’ve come across their pictures all over the internet, uncredited. For some reason people think it’s a good idea to remove the watermarks and post them as their own. Go and check them out where they’re posted the way they should be!

You can also view their pictures on their Tumblr.

this is truly beautiful. Wish I can pose and have my pics taken like these…one day. 🙂

I’ve been asked by a couple of photographers (it’s a small community around here!), but I’ve never been brave enough. I’m worried where those photos would end up – I have some issues with privacy.
But I still really want to do it!

  2. Someday you will wish you had images to look at and remember when. Time waits for no one. Even if they are just for you.

I know! I could lie and say I declined the offers because it was winter here, but now summer is coming up. There must be a reason I spend so much time looking at other people’s rope work.
