Nobody’s Perfect by Kallypso Masters

18/09/2012 by Basia Rose

Kallypso Masters’ next book is out now! I’ve been following her Facebook and Twitter updates on the progress of the book, so it’s exciting she’s finally done and it has been released for the public.

I’ll get around to reading it soon, but last night after working on my manuscript until 3:40am(!), I thought I’d read a couple of pages of something familiar before bed. That turned out to be Club Shadowlands, and boy wasn’t that a blast from the past. The characters have come so far since then.

Anyway, here’s Masters’ cover and blurb:

Savannah Gentry, now Savi Baker, escaped the abuse, torture, and degradation forced upon her by a sadistic father for eleven years and has made a safe life for herself and her daughter. When her father threatens her peace of mind–and her daughter’s safety–Savi runs to Damian Orlando for protection. Eight years earlier, young Savannah shared one perfect day with Damian that changed both their young lives and resulted in a secret she can no longer hide.

They look rather perfect on the cover… never heard of this author, though. I’ll have to check it out. And 3:40 am? That’s just madness.

LOL – I hadn’t even thought about the people in the picture!
I don’t know if you’ve read any of Cherise Sinclair’s books, but people who like those tend to like Kallypso Masters’ books too.
I am a night owl, but the past week of very late nights is definitely taking its toll. I fell asleep at 5:30 the other evening!
